Receta el Dia:
Filete de Salmon con Ensalada de Quinoa
2 filetes de salmon (limpios)
Sal y pimiento a gusto
1 cucharadita de aceite
Quinoa
1 taza de Quinoa
2 tazas de Agua
½ pimiento Amarillo picadito
1 cucharada Cilantro
1 cucharada de “mint”
Aceite y Vinagre ( a gusto)
Sal y pimiento
5 “cherry tomatoes”
Today's Recipe:
Pan seared salmon with a quinoa salad.
Salmon
2 Salmon Filets
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Quinoa
1 Cup Quinoa
2 Cups of Water
1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 "bunch" of Cilantro
1 "bunch" of Mint
Oil and Vinegar- your choice of vin.
Salt and Pepper to taste
5 Cherry Tomatoes
